Artist Statement

Big City Dreams (2025–present) is an ongoing series of oil paintings that reflects on the fading promise of the American Dream by personifying the contemporary urban metropolis. Symbolism, humor, and play animate the cityscape, infusing it with optimism through warm color palettes, unexpected juxtapositions, and expressive brushwork.
